As an OLIPOP College Brand Ambassador, you’ll become the heartbeat of OLIPOP on your campus—sparking curiosity, excitement, and genuine connection around a soda that’s rewriting the rules. OLIPOP isn’t just another drink; it’s a delicious, refreshing soda crafted with real ingredients, gut-friendly fiber, and a mission to make healthy choices accessible and fun for everyone.

You’ll introduce your peers to a beverage that’s as nostalgic as it is innovative—one that delivers the classic soda experience people love, but with a modern twist: less sugar, more fiber, and science-backed benefits. Your role is to ignite brand awareness and inspire trial, turning OLIPOP into the go-to drink for students who want to feel good about what they’re sipping.

As the face of OLIPOP, you’ll host vibrant campus events, collaborate with student organizations, and create buzzworthy social content that captures the spirit of our brand. You’ll be part of a movement that’s not just about soda, but about building a healthier, more connected campus community—one can at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute full-size OLIPOP cans at fun, high-traffic campus events and through product drops with student organizations.
  • Create and share engaging content on your personal Instagram and TikTok accounts, including posts, stories, and videos.

About OLIPOP:

At OLIPOP, we’re on a mission to positively impact consumer health at scale. And we’re doing it through something simple: soda. But not just any soda, a new kind of soda: one that’s delicious, refreshing, and actually good for you.

This mission is deeply personal for our CEO, Co-Founder, and Formulator, Ben Goodwin. Like many of us, Ben grew up consuming the Standard American Diet: lots of soda and processed foods that prioritized convenience over nutrition. But at 14, he took his health into his own hands. After making significant changes to his nutrition and exercise, he lost 50 pounds and saw a transformation in his energy, mood, and emotional clarity.

Those changes sparked a deep curiosity about the connection between nutrition and health. Ben became a relentless student of the gut microbiome and the ways it supports overall wellness. The more he discovered, the more passionate he became about finding credible, science-backed ways to make consumer health accessible to everyone.

The mission was clear. The vehicle? Less so. After exploring the possibilities, Ben landed on an unexpected yet familiar choice: soda. It was something he loved as a kid, and he knew millions shared that same nostalgia. But this wouldn’t be just any soda. With most Americans falling short on daily fiber, Ben set out to create a version with more fiber and less sugar, one that was perfectly balanced. The result? A deliciously refreshing soda with 6 to 9 grams of fiber and 2 to 5 grams of sugar, delivering science-backed benefits without sacrificing the classic taste people crave.

In 2018, the first OLIPOP cans hit the shelves, bringing Ben’s vision to life with a functional soda that anyone could enjoy. And by reimagining soda, we’re also reshaping culture. That means creating products that support health for all and building a business grounded in humanistic values: empathy, integrity, and a belief in better for everyone. From the ingredients we source to the culture we foster, we’re committed to proving that business (and beverage!) can be a force for good, and that soda has the power to bring people together.

Responsibilities

Over the course of the Spring 2026 semester/quarter, you will be expected to complete the following deliverables:.

  • Distribute 2,000 12oz OLIPOP cans. You will distribute samples through a combination of tabling events and student organization product drops.
  • 5 TikTok posts - the best content may receive additional promotion, giving you greater visibility and the opportunity to grow your social media following.
  • 2 Instagram Posts - IG static in-feed posts + carousels and/or Reels
  • 5 Instagram Stories

In addition to the tasks above, you will also be responsible for the following:

  • Pre-program virtual training & two scheduled check-in calls
  • Weekly communication with EvolveZ via Slack
  • Capture & submit picture and video content throughout the program
  • Track sampling activity and event engagement, and report results to help measure success and improve future campus activations
  • Provide product feedback throughout the program
  • Adhere to task due dates that will be shared during program training

Qualifications

  • Must be over the age of 18.
  • Must be a currently enrolled college student available to promote OLIPOP in-person on your college campus in the upcoming Spring 2026 semester/quarter (January - May 2026).
  • Should not be participating in another Ambassador program within the beverage industry.
  • This paid, part-time role is as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the US (US Citizens or Permanent Residents).
  • Passionate about event planning, social content creation & promotion, and being a trendsetter for new products amongst your peers. Added bonus if you already love OLIPOP!
  • The ability to connect with on-campus organizations (Greek Life/campus clubs) is preferred.
  • A strong & “brand safe” presence on Instagram & TikTok is required. 
    • For Instagram, we require applicants to have at least 1,000 followers with strong engagement rates.
    • For TikTok, we require applicants to consistently have videos that generate over 500 views.
    • Content on both platforms should avoid offensive language, inappropriate behavior, depictions of illegal or unsafe activities, cursing (including in music), profane gestures or actions, underage drinking, and overly religious or political topics.
  • Ambassadors must make their Instagram & TikTok accounts public and unhide likes throughout the program.
  • Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
