In this role, you will introduce your peers to Pop-Tarts® Crunchy Poppers, driving brand awareness and making it the snack of choice on your campus!

Your main tasks include distributing Pop-Tarts® Crunchy Poppers product samples through tabling events in populated areas on your campus and within student organizations, as well as creating and sharing engaging social media content on your personal Instagram and TikTok accounts.

Timeline: This part-time role runs through the Fall 2024 semester/quarter. Exact dates are subject to minor adjustments.

  • On-Boarding + Training: Monday, August 5th  - Sunday, August 25th (3-weeks)
  • Program Execution Period: Monday, August 26th - Sunday, November 17th (12-weeks)

Responsibilities

Over the course of 12-weeks, you will complete the following tasks:

  • Distribute 1,000 2oz. Pop-Tarts® Crunchy Poppers product samples
  • 5 TikTok posts
  • 2 Instagram Reels - reposts of your best TikTok
  • 8 Instagram stories
  • Participate in Lunch & Learn video group call(s) during the program

In addition to the tasks above, you will also be responsible for the following logistics:

  • Pre-program virtual training & planning
  • Weekly communication with EvolveZ via Slack and video calls
  • Capture & submit picture and video content throughout the program
  • Adhere to task due dates/milestones

Qualifications

  • Must be a full-time, currently enrolled college student available to promote Pop-Tarts® Crunchy Poppers in-person on your college campus in the upcoming Fall semester/quarter.
  • Should not be participating in another Ambassador program within the packaged snack industry
  • Passionate about event planning, social content creation & promotion, and being a trendsetter for new products amongst your peers. Added bonus if you already love Pop-Tarts®!
  • The ability to connect with on-campus organizations (Greek Life/campus clubs) is crucial for this role.
  • A strong presence on Instagram and TikTok is required. For Instagram, we require applicants to have at least 1,000 followers with strong engagement rates. For TikTok, we require applicants to consistently have videos that generate over 500 views.
  • Ambassadors must make their Instagram & TikTok accounts public and unhide likes throughout the program.
  • This paid, part-time role is as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the US and possess a valid SSN.

HOW EVOLVEZ WORKS: 

EvolveZ works with brands like Pop-Tarts® to create and execute their Brand Ambassador programs. For this program, the EvolveZ team will interview, hire, train, and manage the Ambassadors on a weekly basis, while the Pop-Tarts® team maintains general oversight.
